Land's End Purchase

I purchased the Land’s End: Women’s Medium Mary Jane Trekker Shoes for $5.99 and accidentally left out the code and pin for free shipping. A text box appeared to "chat" with a Land's End representative. I explained I had the code, she looked up my order number and applied it immediately. I was instantly sent a confirmation email. Grand total....$6.29 (including tax)!
