In my "research" to be a better coupon user, I have come across people who roll Extra Care Bucks (ECBs) at CVS. They use these CVS dollars to get cheap or free toiletries and rack up more ECBs for a future visit. Some of these shoppers have only paid change for toiletries over a two year period (and have been fully stocked!).
